Pittsgrove, NJ — How do you like your oysters? Find out at OysterFest  2008! The Bayshore Discovery Project (BDP) invites you to join them for a great evening of fine dining and an intriguing silent auction—the best on the Bay! This fundraiser, to benefit BDP's educational programs, takes place on Friday, November 14, 2004, at 6:30 p.m.  It will be held at the Centerton Country Club, 1022 Almond Road, Pittsgrove, NJ. 08318 .

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails (cash bar) and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will follow at 7:15 p.m. with an oysters feast served  'every which way' including your favorites—Oysters Rockefeller, Casino, Scalloped and Fried, not to mention a hearty Oyster Stew and Raw Oysters on the Half Shell. Complementing the oysters will be plenty of landlubber fare including; two Pasta Specialties as well as a Garden Salad and Dinner Rolls. And finally, enjoy a delightful dessert with coffee. A cash bar will be open throughout the evening.
